We wait and wait for spring to finally arrive, and then it rains half the time. Brighten up rainy days with a cheerful, colorful party to celebrate rain boots, umbrellas, and puddles! I absolutely LOVE this amazingly creative party designed by Jenny of Crossing the Bugger-Dixon Line.

How amazing is this rainbow colored umbrella decor???
The striped garland is made of stringing together paper straws!
Monogrammed umbrella favors- I know my kids would be praying for it to rain just so they can use these!
