Elegant Pink Bird Baby Shower

Paula from Frog Prince Paperie has done it again. She’s a designing superhero, a creative force of nature! Remember her adorable Frog Prince Party? How about her designs for the Thanksgiving Kids Table, the Gingerbread House Party, the Love Rocks Valentine’s Party, and countless other parties that you can see on her blog!
Here’s a dreamy and elegant baby shower she threw for her friend. The soft pink colors and elegant decor details are stunning, and the sparkly birds and white birdcages are dazzling. About a week ago I featured another bird themed baby shower, it’s so nice to see how the same theme can be done so dramatically differently.
I love the flowers she used from Three Little Bows to decorate the dessert table! What a great idea.

On the table were a range of desserts for all tastes…raspberry mousse with fresh whipped cream, petite fours, meringues, cupcakes, and chocolate brownie truffles. Paula made the raspberry mousse, took a shortcut on the truffles, and purchased the remainder of the items. She decorated the cupcakes using gumpaste hydrangeas from Sweet Petal Bakery. Beautiful.
The adorable favor boxes and all printables were designed by Frog Prince Paperie (I told you Paula was talented). Those cupcakes on the right image belowe- not real cupcakes. Those are burp cloths and wash cloths shaped into cupcakes and candy by Babycakes & Decor using the printable cupcake wrappers and toppers. Tooooo cute!
For the savory food, a plant stand was used to uniquely present the veggies and dip. Pita chips were served in snack boxes to accompany the roasted red pepper hummus. Tiny quiches and fresh fruit rounded out the savory offerings for this mid-afternoon shower.
Pom Flair provided the beautiful pink pom garland that leant a perfect festive accent to the room.
